General Conditions of sale

1.The person doing the purchase is considered a unique purchaser. He is the only one linked to the transaction until payment, even if the tickets are destined for a third person. The tickets may not be sold through nor transmitted to third persons in a commercial relationship.

2.By confirming his order, the customers declares having being informed and accepting the current general conditions of sale that are an integral part of the convention between the parties. The use of the website(s) of the porschedays.be and its content, imply automatic acceptance of the current general conditions of sale.

3.The orders have to be paid by bank transfer. All taxes and VAT are to be paid by the purchaser.

4.porschedays.be utilises all reasonable means to maintain the information up to date on its web site as complete and correct as possible. There is however no garantee and therefor can not be kept responsible for direct or indirect damages that a person might undergo due to the visit of the use of the web site unless this person can proof the intention or the severe fault by porschedays.be. porschedays.be is not responsible for cases of force majeure that would slow down or block any execution. Are considered apongst others but not exclusively cases of force majeure : strikes, natural catastrophes, flooding, fire, occupation, extreme climate conditions and technical deviations. porschedays.be has no obligation to prove the imprevisible or inevitable nature of such a force majeure.

5.Privacy protection: porschedays.be confirms respecting the legal rulings regarding privacy and the protection of personal data. The customer clearly agrees to transmit correct information that are precise, actual and complete as requested in the registration form porschedays.be has the right to suspend or refuse the requested transaction if there is reasonable doubt on the nature of the transmitted information because they are incorrect, incomplete or not actual. These data can be kept in order to guarantee the good function of its services.These data can also be used by porschedays.be for mailing purposes. Every customer who proves his identity is authorised to access his personal data and apply modifications. This request should be in writing with signature adressed by mail to info[at]porschedays.be and according to the law of the 8 December 1992 regarding protection of privacy for data transaction regarding personal data and the law of the 13 February 2001 that executes the law of 8 December 1992 regarding the privacy protection and the personal data management. Every customer can oppose to publicity mailing buy sending a request in writing in accordance with the law of 11 March 2003 on certain services in the information management and its royal act of the 4 April 2003 that rules the electronic e-mail publicity.

6.Refund policy : on payment by the customer the goods cannot be exchanged, sold or refunded. In any case a payment will not imply a refund even in the case of no use of the purchased items in the valid period of utilisation.

7.Conditions of use : the customer agrees to use the purchased goods in a way as described in the offer. These will only be usable during the validity period indicated on the offer, during the days and opening hours of the event of the PORSCHE CLUB FRANCORCHAMPS DAYS. The personel of the organisation of the PORSCHE CLUB FRANCORCHAMPS DAYS will be authorised to ask for an ID card or any official document that will justify his situation or any person willing to use a purchase.

8.The admission ticket, once printed with the perfectly readable bar code on white A4 paper or shown on a smartphone, is the only one valid as an entrance ticket. In case of a printy out this should be perfect, all of the elements should be visible without any risk of confusion. In the opposite case, the access to the PORSCHE CLUB FRANCORCHAMPS DAYS will be refused. Every bar code represents one single entry ticket. The ticket will be scanned at the acces control. This ticket can only be scanned once during the period indicated on the ticket. Every trial of abuse, counterfait or fraude will imply judicial consequences. The ticket will not be refunded nor exchanged.

The PORSCHE CLUB FRANCORCHAMPS (PCF) only authorizes a visualisation of its content for personal and private purpose, without and public visualisation or diffusion. The copy authorisation is only in numerical form on your visualisation computer in your web browser. Printing is only for private purposes, only for the use of the printer. LThe création of a hypertexte link on the web site is allowed without a frame to the addres of the webpage (www.porschedays.be) no other addres.

Any other use not explicitely mentioned above needs formal authorisation of the PCF. You are not authorized besides the use expressed above to reproduce the brands and logos of the PCF, to apply hypertext links on other elements than the homepage, to use or extract complete or partial data from the site.

The present web site has been created in Belgium. By using this homepage you accept the conditions mentioned above without prejudice of any contractual or other appeal applied by the PCF. Any conflict on the interpretation or execution of the contractual agreement foreseen on this site will be exclusively managed by Belgian civil courts in application of Belgian law.

I acknowledge, that as a participant in Porsche Club Francorchamps Days (PCFD), and as the event is one of a public nature, I may be photographed or videographed during the day of the event. By participating, you give express permission for your photos to be shared across all PCFD channels, PCFD partner channels and media organisations. However, if you do wish to have a photo removed from our channels please email info@porscheclubfrancorchamps.be.
