Where is the entrance -> non-Porsche/Porsche
If you come with your Porsche, take the main entrance for the Porsche cars via the entrance La Source, Route du Circuit, 4970 Stavelot. If you have purchased a product, you can also pick it up there in our Check-in Office at the Hotel de la Source.
If you only come with your Porsche for the parade on Sunday, take the Blanchimont entrance via the Route de l'Eau Rouge 4970 Stavelot.
If you are a visitor without a Porsche, take the pedestrian entrance via the Ster entrance, Route de Fagnou, 4970 Stavelot.
Where do I pick up my papers?
You can pick up your papers at the Check-in Office at the Hotel de la Source Route du Circuit, 4970 Stavelot.
Can I buy a ticket on the day itself?
You can buy a visitor ticket continuously via the site as you then have a QR code ticket for access. All other products can then only be purchased on site depending on availability. Products that have a status SOLDOUT on the site are no longer for sale.
Can I pay in cash / card / payconiq
We accept all means of payment on site. You can only pay via PayPal or by bank transfer via the site.
Where can I park?
If you come with your Porsche, you can park in the paddock within the designated zones. Please note that certain areas are only accessible to participants in specific activities. Always follow the instructions of the stewards to park.
If you come without a Porsche and you do not have Paddock Access, you must park in the P1 and/or P2 car parks accessible via Route de Fagnou, 4970 Stavelot.
Do I have to be a member of a Porsche Club to watch?
You don't have to be a member of a Porsche Club to be able to watch. Everyone is welcome.
Do you have a partnership with hotels?
Yes, the list of partner hotels can be found on the site in the Catering & Hotel section.
Can I bring a dog? Can I go into the paddocks with my dog?
Yes, you can bring your dog. He has to be constantly on a leash. He is not allowed in the pit lane. However, always follow the instructions of the stewards.
Can I access the paddocks?
Yes, you have access to the paddocks and the pit lane. However, always follow the instructions of the stewards.
Where can I eat?
There are various catering options during the event.
Can I still order an Open Bar on the day itself?
This can only be purchased on the spot depending on availability unless it has a status SOLDOUT on the site.
Is my ticket valid for 2 days?
Yes, your ticket is valid for 2 days.
Can I camp somewhere?
If you are a participant in one of the sessions with a Porsche, you can park your camper in the Paddock to stay in the designated area. Always follow the instructions of the stewards.
If you are not a participant with a Porsche, you can camp outside the circuit at the campsites that you can find on the internet.
Can I bring a passenger?
Yes. If you wish to take a passenger with you during an active driving session (Discovery, Sport, Expert), you must purchase an additional passenger wristband via the site.
Does a passenger in the Porsche have to pay?
Passengers who are in the car when entering the circuit will receive their wristband at the entrance. All occupants of a Porsche car enter for free. However, passengers have to pay for specific activities, such as the active driving sessions (Discovery, Sport, Expert) on the circuit or for the Saturday Rally.
Where should I sign the waiver?
To participate in the active driving sessions (Discovery, Sport, Expert) you must go to the Welcome Office in the F1 main building in the paddock (office 127).
To participate in a rally, you must go to the Villa Eau Rouge in the paddock.
When can I access the paddocks when I ride in a session?
You can park in the paddock within the designated areas during the opening hours of the event. This timing can be found on our site.
What time can I access the Grand Marquee?
The opening hours of the Grand Marquee can be found in the timing on our site.
When will I receive the time for my track experience?
At the latest 2 days before your Passenger Track Experience, you will be contacted with the exact time of your activity.
Where is the entrance of the exhibitors?
This is the main entrance through the La Source entrance, Route du Circuit, 4970 Stavelot. Don't forget to pick up your accreditation at our Checkin Office at the Hotel de la Source.
Tourist Rallye -> what time should I pick up my documents?
It is best to pick up your documents on Friday at our Checkin Office at the Hotel de la Source. See the timing on our site. On Saturday, from 7:00 a.m., you can pick up your documents in our Checkin Office at the Hotel de la Source.
Is the parade included in the tourist rally?
Yes, the parade on Sunday is included in your registration for the tourist rally.
Passenger Track Experience -> is my entrance ticket included?
Your entrance ticket is included in your Passenger Track Experience if you order it in advance via the site.
From what age can I ride as a passenger?
The minimum age for participation in the active driving sessions (Discovery, Sport, Expert) as a passenger is 16 years.
There is no minimum age as a passenger for the Family Run or for the parade.
Is a special race license allowed to drive as a pilot?
The minimum age for participation in the active driving sessions (Discovery, Sport, Expert), the Family Run or the Parade is 18 years for the pilot with a valid B driving license. For the Saturday Rally, the normal legislation of the public road applies.
